Paulette Baker is Philly Girl born and raised a natural born leader with 30+ years of faith-based leadership. She's a former owner of a destination tour stop women's resale boutique. She's Organized faith-based women's programs, marriage retreats and is gifted in inspiring women to succeed and fulfill their dreams. She's written programs to help women find their purpose and loves teaching. She currently lives in Florida with her husband and is enjoying life.

I have dreams that were thought to be unreachable due to the magnitude of the on taking. The desire for these dreams to come to fruition continued to grow over the many years, yet I pressed my wants down into this deep space within me called wishes. Through Beauty and the Beat Sisterhood, God shifted my thoughts and turned on the lights. Through revelation, the wishes turned back to desires, and today the desires are rebirthed through actions. Under the tutelage of Paulette Baker I am being stretched and challenged to set dates, put plans into place, and most importantly, working on me, that I might not fold when the challenges come. If it were easy, everyone would do it, right? Paulette has also gone into depth about having vision, and revisiting that vision daily. There is a famous quote that say’s “If You Fail to Plan You Are Planning to Fail” I love my sister’s and am excited to be involved with Beauty and the Beat.
